About programme
Fellowship programme for specialists in in the field of information technology, focused on Artificial Intelligence in Medicine and Smart City Systems.
The InteRussia programme offers participants an opportunity to acquire new knowledge at one of Russia’s leading universities, attend specialised courses led by prominent experts, take part in specialized workshops, and exchange experience with colleagues from different countries. Throughout the fellowship, participants will collaborate on team-based projects, which will result in the preparation and presentation of an individual scientific research proposal.

Eligibility

Non-Russian citizenship, residence outside the Russian Federation - Age between 25 and 40
- Relevant degree and experience in engineering that fits an area of studies chosen for the fellowship round
- Knowledge of Python, basic machine learning algorithms, and basic medical knowledge
- No academic or employment affiliation with Russian educational institutions or employers at the time of application (candidates must not be enrolled in Russian educational institutions or employed by Russian organisations)
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)

The InteRussia program offers young specialists in STEM the opportunity to explore Russia's agenda in the fields of science and innovative technology, work alongside leading experts from the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology, and exchange knowledge with peers from around the world.
Fellows will have the opportunity to participate in the Innovation Workshop — an intensive course in technological entrepreneurship and innovation. The program brings together students, faculty, and business mentors to develop practical skills in teamwork, rapid prototyping, and the implementation of innovative solutions in real-world conditions.
